I’m Beth Dyer, and I help totally frazzled moms who are struggling with all of the day to day requirements of mom-life to find calm and balance through the teachings and practices of Yoga.

Working with me, Mom’s have found the inspiration and motivation to make time for “mom time” whether it be through yoga, meditation, or other self-care practices. Mom’s have been able to regain their spark and climb out of the sink-hole of depression they were starting to spiral into. My clients can also tell you about all of the added bonuses that come from a holistic lifestyle like weight-loss, reduced stress, better sleep, and harmony among their family.

You see, not too long ago I was exactly where you are. 3 kids and a husband to take care of, but I was trying to serve from an empty vessel. Long story short, I ended up in the Doctor’s office being diagnosed with Postpartum Depression.

It was a wake-up call to say the least. Who was going to care for my family if I wasn’t around to do it? Once I was able to embrace the craziness and live within the chaos, I was able to find peace in my family which translated to lower stress, and time for me to be able to actually care for myself.

I cleaned up our diet, made a point to step on my yoga mat every day, and incorporate meditation and mindfulness into my everyday life. I transitioned us to a holistic way of life, going at our health from all angles, not just fad diets and crazy workouts. I am now an advocate for mental, physical, and emotional health for struggling moms and determined to teach them the power of yoga and a holistic lifestyle.

  • After high school I moved with my parents to Hawaii. I ended up staying for 3 years and meeting the man who became my husband! The culture and scenery in Hawaii is amazing and my heart is still there! Go visit if you ever get the chance!
  • While in Hawaii I became and surfer girl and was in the water everyday! I loved the beach so much that we even got married on the beach!
  • Along with my 3 kids, we also have 3 dogs! And if I’m being totally honest, I’d love to own all the dogs!
  • Before starting Root to Rise Wellness, I went through many different career choices, from Bartender to Teacher to boutique and salon owner. All of them centralized around 1 thing, customer service and being there to help serve others!
  • I am an entertainer extraordinaire! I LOVE to cook! Add that in with a need for constant social interaction and a flair for over decorating, and you have the recipe for some amazingly fun parties at the Dyer house!
  • I have met and hugged Channing Tatum while I was an extra in the first Step Up movie! I make a point to share that little gem every chance I get!
